Mr. Lobsinger has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, getting his start as a commercial real estate agent in Calgary and Saskatoon. He has developed commercial, residential and hotel buildings in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Colombia. Mr. Lobsinger retired as the CEO of several public companies, with market caps in the hundreds of millions, to concentrate on real estate development. Mr. Lobsinger has a B.A and a B.COMM. Divya is our Financial Accountant responsible for overseeing all finances and accounts for the Lake Placid entities. With a Masters in Commerce and 7 years experience in numerous business contexts, Divya brings youth, knowledge and experience to the team. Divya is pursuing her CGA designation to complement her already impressive educational background.

Mr. Lobsinger joined the team in 2008 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University. Mr. Lobsinger is responsible for sales at all LPG projects. Mr. Lobsinger co-founded a private real estate company in 2003 and has actively been participating in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan real estate markets.

Upon completion of her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, Ashley joined the team full-time. During her years at University, Ashley owned her own business, sat as an Executive member on Haskayne’s largest club, and represented the Haskayne students as the Faculty Representative on the Students Union. Ashley will use her experience and energy to streamline the construction efforts.

Scott has been with Lake Placid for two years, working as the Development Coordinator. Scott’s educational background, business experience abroad, and passion for knowledge allow him to apply himself to various development and construction contexts to facilitate our goals.
